Educational Qualification:

Block Level Position (Cluster Coordinator) – Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 02 Year Experience.

State Level Position Various Post – Candidates who have Master Degree with Experience.

District Functional Manager (Social Mobalisation & Capacity Building) – Candidates who have Master Degree / PG Diploma in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences /Economics /Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Work with 3 Year Experience.

District Functional Manager (Micro Finance & Financial Inclusion) – Candidates who have Master Degree / PG Diploma in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Economics/ Commerce with 03 Year Experience.

District Functional Manager (Farm Livelihood /Non-Farm) – Candidates who have Master Degree / PG Diploma Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Sociology / marketing/ International Business/ Economics/ Agriculture and Allied/ Veterinary Science with 03 Year Experience.

District Functional Manager (MIS & M&E) – Candidates who have MCA/ BE/ B Tech (Computer Science/ IT/ M.Sc -CS., ECE) / MBA/ MSW OR PG Degree Rural Management/ Rural Development, Business Management OR 2 years PG Diploma in the above disciplines with 03 Year Experience.

Accountant – Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Commerce with 2 Year Experience.
